Rental Rates

Maximum rental group size - 12 people, including babies and toddlers.   

We are very happy to have smaller rental groups, please email for prices for groups less than 6 people.                                       

Reservations - Direct with us or through Vrbo/Home Away, www.homeaway.co.uk/p438793

We ask for a 10% reservation deposit, unless you are booking close to the date of arrival then we ask for the full amount, or a deposit and balance in cash on arrival.

Main balance is due 5 weeks prior to arrival or in cash on day of arrival, as agreed with owner. 

We ask for a seperate security/damage deposit, preferable by Paypal - no account needed, we will send you an invoice, just follow Paypal's instructions. We will return this deposit by Paypal after your departure and once we have cleaned and checked the house.

Electricity, gasoil, some wood for the wood burning stove, bed linen, towels and cleaning prior to occupancy is included in the rental price.

Two and three night stays - 510 euros per night. 2 nights = 1020 euros.  3 nights = 1530 euros. Or short stay prices as advertised on our website. Vrbo prices may differ slightly.

WEEKEND or SHORT STAY RENTALS - Rental cost + 250 euros refundable security/damages deposit.  250 euros payable to confirm reservation, rental price due 5 weeks prior to occupancy or in cash on day of arrival. 250 euros refunded after departure once the house has been cleaned and checked. Short stay arrival after 12.00 midday and departure by 18.00 hours, dependant on prior reservations.

Please be aware of minimum night rental dependant on season. But if unsure please ask. Minimum 5 night rental advertised price based on weekly rate pro rata.

Stays of 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 - pro rata based on the week price.

If we have days less than a week available in the summer please do ask for a short stay price.

We don't take back to back reservations, we leave a gap between bookings to clean the house thoroughly and to allow flexibility with arrival and departure times. 

This is an owner managed house, and the owners live on the estate, but can guarantee your privacy.
